If you are new to property investing it can be very easy to fall for the marketing hype and buy into the property dream of untold riches with little or no effort.
Many investors before you have become the victim of unscrupulous rogue “property sourcing” companies or have spent many thousands of pounds of their hard earned money on expensive property training courses when they do not have the time / financial resources or even the inclination to own property and to accept the responsibilities of being a landlord.
The truth behind successful buy to let investing is that there are no “secrets” no magic formulae or get rich quick solution. Just some straightforward rules to follow if you wish to build a sustainable buy to let portfolio.

Some of the the topics being covered will be:
- Why WE believe investment property makes a sound long term pension provision.
- An introduction to financing your investment properties – and a plan for organically growing your portfolio.
- What are the risks in buy to let investing?
- Investing pitfalls – how to spot the rogue traders, scam artists and property sharks
- Can I buy from property sourcers without getting burned?
- What sort of properties work best as buy to let investments?
- How to add value to properties to build in equity?
- How to spot a potential property bargain – what to look for, and how to get your offer accepted.
- Refinancing your property to create no money left in deals.
- Strategies to make an income from property outside of long term ownership.
Through the course of the day we will discuss different property investment strategies and the merits and disadvantages of each. We will cover in depth our own strategy of using one pot of initial working capital to buy multiple single let properties.
Each property rented out with equity in it from day one making a modest monthly rental profit.
At the end of the workshop you will know EXACTLY how to do this for yourself, the sorts of properties that (in our opinion) make the best investments and how to structure deals to ensure your capital goes as far as possible in securing your long term financial future.
You will leave the workshop with a very clear idea of the strategy that works for you.
