As editor of YPN each month I write an article on recent developments in the property market or issues that are affecting UK property investors. Often these pieces can be quite controversial as they raise issues affecting UK investors.

 

In many editions of YPN we will cover a specific area relating to property investing. Sometimes this might be about how to gain planning permission for developments, in other issues we concentrate on financing and in some editions we will feature an exclusive interview with an investor that is high profile in the industry. Our exclusive interviews have included Sarah Beeny (Channel 4 Property Ladder), Martin Roberts (BBC Homes Under The Hammer) Kevin Green (Channel 4's Secret Millionaire) Dolf de Roos (teaches on Donald Trump's Trump University about Property Investing) and many more.

 

Each month YPN showcases an investor who has made a success of their property business following a unique or interesting strategy. This feature is extremely widely read as many YPN readers will adopt or adapt the strategy where appropriate into their own property investment strategy.

 

Sally Lawson is a regional ARLA (Association of residential letting agents) rep who has managed over 5000 properties. Sally regularly writes for YPN on all aspects of managing properties and getting the best out of letting agents.
