We are ideally seeking investments of £25,000 minimum for a term
of one year, Gross simple interest paid monthly at 1% per month (total 12% per
annum).The first interest payment falls due one calendar month after
receipt of your funds into our nominated bank account.The investment is a
personal loan to Rhett Lewis for investment in his company UK Solutions for
Property Ltd.It is the investor’s responsibility to inform
the Inland Revenue of any tax liability falling due.
The documentation comprises an Agreement and a Trust Deed, together
with a form RX1 which we use to register a Restriction in your favour with the
Land Registry against at least one of our properties.

We identify
equity-rich property with equity (in today’s markets) in excess of the
£25,000 (or higher) investment. We only ever place one investor
Restriction against any one of our properties, so that you are not “in
competition” with other investors. Upon completion of each Registration
you will receive a copy of the title document which will clearly detail your
Restriction. The Restriction is removed at the end of the term, when we have
repaid the capital sum (including all interest due) to you. The Restriction
prevents Rhett (as proprietor) from transferring or remortgaging without your
consent.
Please note that the RX1 documentation will be completed and posted to
the Land Registry on the day of receipt of lender funds into our bank account.
We have found this to be a successful way of entering into a financial
agreement with our investors. I can of course let you have sample
documentation if you decide that this is of further interest to you. If
