Matthew is a full-time professional property investor and entrepreneur.
Matthew (34) lives with his wife Rebecca, and children Callum and Amelia in Northamptonshire. Passionate about property, business and marketing, he is always keen to dispel the myths of property investing, tell it like it is and stir up a bit of controversy.
With over 15 years corporate experience at senior management levels, Matthew started investing in property in 2004 and quickly built a multi-million pound portfolio generating significant cashflow.
His strategy has always been focused on high-end professional houseshares where net cashflow of £500-£1,000 per house per month is achievable by anybody – provided they use the right tools and techniques to manage their properties.
