Just so that you know that we really do walk the walk, all of us are active property investors with a combined portfolio of more than 250 properties built mainly in the last 4 years. We have all done most of the different property models out there: Refurbs, HMO's, Buy to Let, Below Market Value, Property & Land abroad and even City Centre off-plans. As a result we have made some great investments, some not so good and some absolute horrors! It is with this experience that we will come from when giving our opinion.

As the editor of YPN my aim is to ensure that every magazine delivers excellent content that is impartial and informative for YPN readers. I am an investor myself and am actively buying property predomoninantly in the South West. I regularly attend a number of property networking events and work closely with many of the UK’s leading experts on buy-to-let.

Unlike most Sales Director my aim with YPN was to build a leading publication that connected many people in the property industry. Whilst we obviously look to get the costs of the business paid for I wanted to focus on the quality of the products and services that we offer rather than revenue. To date I have been delighted with relationships we have developed with our growing customer base.

 Heather Messenger - Office Manager
Having been an Estate Agent in the mid to late 80's and baling out just prior to that bubble bursting I joined an international manufacturing company. Seventeen years of working in sales, co-ordinating sales desk staff, organising and attending international trade exhibitions and supply chain management has given me a wealth of experience and taught me to be organised in my approach to the day to day running of the company, just as well working with Ant and Mike!!

 Simon Clements - Lead Creative Designer
I have many years of experience working with high profile companies on their design and promotional needs. My responsibility with the magazine is concentrated around the visual aspect of the publication, basically making it look pretty. Aswell as pulling together the content and making sure that the production goes smoothly, I also design many of the adverts found in YPN. The best part for me, is hearing the positive feedback tht the magazine receives.
